We want you to feel completely at ease with your purchase. If for any reason a piece is not right for you, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The garment must be unworn, with its original tags and packaging intact. Once your piece arrives back to us, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Are any purchases final sale?
All PupSik pieces are eligible for return within the 30-day window, with no exceptions for regular-priced items. The only pieces that cannot be returned are those purchased during promotional sales or as gift cards. If you have any doubt about a piece before purchasing, we are always happy to help — write to us before you decide.
When will I get my order?
Each order is carefully prepared before it leaves us. Once your payment is confirmed, delivery typically takes between 3 and 4 business days within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your kimono is on its way. Exact times may vary slightly depending on the carrier, but we will keep you informed at every step.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every PupSik kimono is made in Barcelona, by hand — designed and crafted by the founder herself. We source the finest silk and materials from international suppliers, selected with the same attention to quality that goes into every stitch. This is not production at scale. Each piece is made one at a time, which is precisely what makes it worth wearing.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is complimentary on all orders — no minimum, no conditions. We currently ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. In the event of a return, we also cover the full cost of collection. You simply reach out, and we take care of the rest.
