SECTION 5 - ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you — where the carrier permits — with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment in real time. If the estimated delivery timeframe has passed and you have not received your order or been able to locate it via tracking, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING LIABILITY
PupSik assumes full responsibility for the order throughout the entire shipping process until the moment of delivery. In the event of loss, damage or misrouting of the package during transit, PupSik will handle the incident and arrange, as appropriate, either a reshipment of the order or a full refund of the amount paid. The customer will not bear any costs arising from these situations.
If upon receiving your order you notice that the packaging shows visible damage, we recommend that you note this on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing, and contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the package's condition.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS
In accordance with Spanish consumer protection legislation, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal without the need for justification. In the event of a return, PupSik will fully cover the return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us through the means indicated in the legal notice of this website and we will provide you with the necessary instructions to arrange the collection of the product.
