Shipping

Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Once your payment has been confirmed, we prepare your order on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and dispatch it from Spain. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and, where available, a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Switzerland, and Norway.

Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on the destination. While we strive to meet these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to customs procedures, carrier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is fully covered by PupSik. To request a return, simply contact us using the details provided in our Legal Notice, and we will arrange the collection and provide all necessary instructions.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Responsibility

PupSik assumes full responsibility for your order throughout the shipping process until it has been successfully delivered. If your package is lost, damaged, or misrouted during transit, we will arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund at no additional cost.

If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend noting this with the carrier before signing and contacting us promptly with photographs of the packaging.
