What is the return policy?

We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If for any reason your order is not right for you, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact. Return shipping is fully covered by PupSik. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. To start a return, simply contact us using the details provided in our Legal Notice, and we will arrange the collection for you.

Are any purchases final sale?

All regular-priced PupSik pieces are eligible for return within the 14-day return period. Promotional or discounted items, gift cards, or any products specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase may not be eligible for return where permitted by law. If you have any questions before purchasing, we will be happy to assist you.

When will I get my order?

Once your payment has been confirmed, your order is prepared on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and dispatched from Spain. Delivery generally takes between 3 and 10 business days, depending on the destination country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and, where available, a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, carrier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where are your products manufactured?

Every PupSik kimono is carefully handcrafted in Barcelona by the founder herself. We work with premium silk and carefully selected materials sourced from trusted international suppliers, combining traditional craftsmanship with exceptional attention to detail. Rather than mass production, each piece is created individually, making every garment truly unique.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We currently ship throughout the European Union, as well as to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Switzerland, and Norway. All orders are dispatched from Spain, and PupSik assumes full responsibility for the shipment until it has been successfully delivered. In the unlikely event that a package is lost, damaged, or misrouted during transit, we will arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
